Pre cooked food just warming up not impressed find a local family restaurant pay less and have better food

The server was polite even though they were busy, but the coffee was burnt beyond reason

It was good. Good cup of Joe. Nice and hot. Raspberry donut was good too. My girl met me there. Icing on the cake. I'll go back.

What is happening to Tim Hortons?? This review has nothing to do with the staff or service, which was great. It's the quality of the food. I used to go to Tim Hortons all the time to get dark roast coffee and a breakfast sandwich before work or school. In the past few years quality has tanked. Their sausage is flavorless, their coffee is weaker than most teas I've ever had and the prices keep going up. Called it quits on Tim Hortons about a year ago when I got a coffee with one cream, opened the lid, and it was gray. That's how little actual coffee they use to brew their dark roast.

I've posted a review before on this Tim Horton's. It is located in the East Lovejoy neighborhood which is very convenient and I frequently stop to get a coffee or breakfast before going to work

The tim Horton on walden Avenue near Harlem is the best on in Buffali New York. Workers are pleasant. Always attentive to their customers and very hard workers 5 stars

It's ok good in a pinch something quick

Went in and ordered a coffee and paid us dollars. Coffee was okay. Wife went back in and decided to order some other items, after placing order she went to pay with canadian dollars and was told that they did NOT accept Canadian dollars... appalled to say the least. A Canadian company not accepting Canadian rollers. Went to McDonald's insted.

Best coffee. I peed and the bathrooms were clean.

Terrible service. I work in the area and frequently stop there around 5am. The employees are horrible. They swiped my card so many times in one transaction it triggered my fraud protection. The gentleman that usually works at that hour acts like he hates his job. Practically throws your stuff at you once you pay. I avoid it there when I can. Brutal service.

There service is exceptional, my order is always correct! It's not an easy task to do their job and they do it so flawlessly! Theirs an older women who I have gotten numerous Sundays she is amazing at drive through her ability to sound upbeat and friendly is delightful! Truly wish I had her name so I could write to the manager she needs to be recognized and head of training she is by far the best drive threw service member of all time!

The overnight kid/guy could not have cared less or been less helpful. Didn't say anything other than "Tim Hortons" when we pulled up, didn't have the beverage I asked for, so I got coffee. Driver said hi when we reached the window, he just stated the total & stuck his hand out. Driver gave exact change & this guy put it in the drawer, turned his back & walked away. Yep, you have a great night too, dude! Then the coffee... It was either old AF or he just didn't put the right amount of cream & sugar in. Either way, it was gross. I ended up dumping it when I got back home.I gave 2 stars ONLY because the day shift is HUGELY better. Go during the day!

Stoped in to grab a coffee. On Walden Avenue this tim hortons was very clean!! Wow even the men's room wow clean. My question why can't all tim hortons be that clean! I did comment to manager on the cleanliness of establisment.

Overpriced. No refills on drinks. I ordered a coffee and a soda. Was told afterwards no refills on the soda, then was given a hard time about getting a refill on my coffee. Food is not that good. Selection is lacking. I threw away half the meal, it was that uneatable.This is my first time in a Timely Hortons and will be the last.

I am a Tim Hortons regular, and I must say that my experience at Tim Hortons on Walden across from the Thruway Mall was probably my worst experience ever. Not only did I wait 15 minutes in the Drive-Thru with only three cars in front of me, but when I finally got to the window, my order was not even ready. And all it was was a large coffee. Upon paying with my credit card, the young gentleman who was helping me dropped my card on the ground as he tried to hand it back to me. He did come out of the store to get it for me because I was so close to the building that I couldn't reach it. I just don't understand why would take so long to complete just a few orders in front of me. And then forget about my order which was probably the simplest of them all. Just must say I am not a fan and will not be frequenting this location.

This is my go to Tim Hortons in the morning, it's convenient and around the corner. I go there often and usually people are great. And if you go there often like most you've used the coupons that come in the mail. You'd also know the little plu code in the corner of the coupon rips off sometimes by another coupon. This usually isn't a big deal because the code are always the same. Today I was told by a manager to "rip the coupon more carefully next time" as they wouldn't accept it because they couldn't clearly read the code. This manager (larger man) really lacked customer service skills and social skills as this situation could have been handled better. It wasn't even the rudeness that bothered me it was the lack of an answer because I've never had this problem before but they threw away the coupon and told me it was no good. Not because it was expired, not because they didn't know the code but because the bottom half and the 3 digit code wasn't on the coupon.
